Step 1

Signing in

You can look around Acro Planner without signing in. But to save workshops, sign up, or see your tickets, you need an account. Signing in is quick — here is exactly how it works on your phone.

Do I even need to sign in?

Only when you want to do something personal. Here's the difference:

If you try one of those while signed out, the app simply slides up the sign-in panel for you. You never get stuck.

How signing in works

Sign-in is handled by Hanko, a secure sign-in service. When you sign in, the app opens a small secure browser window on top of itself, you confirm who you are there, and it hands you straight back to the app. You can get in a few ways — pick whichever suits:

What's a passkey?

A passkey is a secure key kept on your phone that lets you confirm it's you with your fingerprint, face, or screen-lock — nothing to type or remember. It's just one option; email or Google work just as well.

Signing in, step by step

  1. Tap Profile at the bottom

It's the last of the four buttons along the bottom of the screen. You can also start from any Log in button that appears when you try to save or register.

The bottom bar — tap Profile
    Discover My plan Tickets Profile
  2. Tap Log in

The Profile tab shows a short "Welcome to Yuimaru" panel with a Log in button. Tap it and a small Continue with Hanko panel slides up from the bottom.

  3. Confirm it's you in the secure window

A secure browser window opens over the app. Type your email and tap Continue, or use Continue with Google or your passkey. The very first time, your account is created automatically — there's no separate "sign up" step.

  4. You're back in the app

The window closes on its own and a small message slides in to say hello. Your name and picture now show at the top of the Profile tab.

The little "hello" message (it fades away by itself)
    Welcome back ×
Use the same email every time

Your email is how Yuimaru knows it's you. Always sign in with the same one so your saved workshops and tickets stay together. Capital letters and stray spaces don't matter — Ada@email.com and ada@email.com are treated as the same person.

Signing out

Open the Profile tab and tap Log out at the bottom. A message confirms "Logged out". Your saved workshops and tickets are safe — they'll be waiting when you sign back in with the same email.

Common questions

Email, Google, or a passkey — which do I use?

Whichever is easiest for you. They all sign you into the same account, so you can't pick wrong.

I got a new phone. Can I still get in?

Yes. Install the app, sign in with the same email as before, and everything you saved will be there.

The secure window didn't open — what now?

Close the app fully and reopen it, then try again. Make sure you have a working internet connection.

Can I look around without an account?

Absolutely. Browsing festivals and reading the timetable needs no account. You'll only be asked to sign in the moment you save, register, or pay.
