The Acro Planner app guide
Acro Planner is the Yuimaru app for acroyoga/acrobatics — it's the name you'll find it under on your phone. It's where you discover workshop festivals, save the sessions you like, sign up, pay, and keep your tickets with you. This guide walks you through it, one small step at a time.
On your phone the app is called Acro Planner; inside, and on the web, you'll also see the name Yuimaru — the platform it's built on. They're the same thing, so this guide uses both.
Signing in → Finding a festival → Registering. That is the whole journey. Everything else here just adds detail.
Yuimaru also runs in your web browser. The steps are the same, but the buttons sit in slightly different places — the web guide shows those.
Getting around the app
Everything lives behind the four buttons along the bottom of the screen. You'll tap between them all the time, so it's worth a quick look:
- Discover — browse festivals and their workshop timetables. This is where the app opens.
- Plan — the workshops you've saved for the festival you're looking at. (It appears once you open a festival.)
- Tickets — your festival pass and the workshops you're signed up for.
- Profile — sign in, edit your details, and manage your account.

Browse festivals on the Discover tab and read the timetable.
Saving workshops
Tap the heart to build your personal plan.
Registering
Sign up for the festival and fill in the form.
Paying & tickets
Pay by card or bank transfer and get your ticket.
Your plan & tickets
See what you saved and signed up for, and view your tickets.
Sharing your plan
Show a friend what you've saved, and see theirs.
Your profile
Your photo, name, and community profile.
Privacy & your data
Download a copy of your data, or delete your account.
