Finding a festival

Acro Planner opens on the Discover tab — the place to browse festivals and read their timetables. You can look around all you like without signing in. Here's how to find your way to a workshop.

Start on Discover

Discover is the first of the four buttons along the bottom. Tap it any time to come back to the festival list.

Three taps to the timetable

Getting to a workshop is a short drill-down. Each tap narrows things a little more:

1. Pick a festival

   Discover shows a grid of festivals (we call each one a series). Each card has a photo, a location, and how many editions it has run. Tap the one you're interested in.

2. Choose an edition

   A festival can happen more than once — a spring run, an autumn run, a different city. Each of these is an edition. Pick the one you're going to. Each shows its dates and how many workshops it holds.

3. Read the programme

   Now you're looking at the timetable for that edition — every workshop, when it's on, and in which room.

Two ways to read the timetable

At the top of the programme are two little buttons — Agenda and Calendar. They show the same sessions two different ways, so use whichever you find easier to read:

• Agenda — a simple top-to-bottom list, grouped by start time. Good for scanning what's on next.
• Calendar — a grid with rooms as columns, so you can see what's happening in each room side by side. Swipe sideways to see more rooms.

The row of day pills just below lets you jump between the days of the festival.

Opening a workshop

Tap any workshop to open its full page — a photo, when and where it runs, how many spots are left, what you'll need to bring, and a description. At the bottom sit two things you'll use later: a heart to save it, and a Register bar to sign up.

If the workshop lists a teacher, tap their name (or View profile) to open the teacher's page and read a little about them.
