Step 6
Your schedule, tickets & details
Once you've signed up for something, it all gathers in one place called My schedule. This is your home base: every workshop you registered for, your ticket, and any details you can change all live here.
Where to find everything: My schedule
My schedule is the page that shows everything you signed up for. Inside it there's a section called "Registrations & tickets". Each row in that list is one sign-up, and it shows you four things at a glance:
- The workshop title — what you're going to.
- The edition — which run of the festival it belongs to.
- Your ticket code — a short code, once it has been issued.
- A status label — either "Confirmed" or "Pending".
To see more about any sign-up, just tap the row. That opens its own details page, which we'll walk through next.
What "Confirmed" and "Pending" mean
Those two little labels tell you whether your place is fully sorted. There's nothing to work out — the label says it for you.
- Confirmed — everything is done. Your place is held and you're all set. You don't need to do anything.
- Pending — Yuimaru is still waiting on one thing. Most often this means a bank transfer hasn't landed yet. Once that arrives, the label changes to Confirmed on its own.
Pending simply means "waiting", not "wrong". If you've paid by bank transfer it can take a few days for the money to arrive and be matched up. You don't have to do anything — the status updates by itself.
Opening a registration's details
Tap any row to open its registration details. This page is about that one sign-up. At the top you'll see your ticket code in a little box:
If you chose to pay by bank transfer, you'll also see a "How to pay" card here. It lists the Amount to send, a Reference to put with your payment, and simple instructions. Copy the reference exactly — it's how the organiser matches your money to your place.
Always include the Reference shown on the "How to pay" card when you make your bank transfer. It's a short code that tells the organiser the payment is yours, so your status can move from Pending to Confirmed.
Your ticket code is your proof
Your ticket code is the proof that you have a place. You do not need to print anything, and you don't need to bring a paper ticket. The code is always here in your schedule, so you can open it on your phone whenever you need it — at the door, or if an organiser asks.
The two kinds of details
On a registration's details page you'll find two cards. They look similar, but they do different jobs.
"What you paid for" — locked
This card shows exactly what you were charged for. Because it reflects your payment, it can't be changed here. Yuimaru tells you so plainly:
"These reflect what you were charged, so they can't be changed here."
If something on this card looks wrong, that's a question for the organiser rather than something to fix yourself.
"Your details" — some answers you can edit
This card holds answers about you — things the organiser asked when you signed up. The organiser decides which of these you're allowed to change afterwards. Some fields you can edit; others show a small "set by organiser" note, meaning only they can change them.
Changing an answer, step by step
-
Open the registration
From My schedule, tap the row for the sign-up you want, and find the "Your details" card.
-
Edit the fields you're allowed to change
Type your new answer straight into any field that isn't marked "set by organiser". A small bar appears at the bottom telling you how many things you've changed, for example "2 of your details can be changed".
-
Save, or discard
Press Save changes to keep your edits, or Discard to throw them away and go back to how they were.
The save bar at the bottom of the card 2 of your details can be changed Discard Save changes -
Watch it save
The button briefly shows "Saving…" and then "Saved". That's it — your new answer is stored.
Your edits aren't kept until you press Save changes. If you change your mind, Discard puts everything back the way it was, and closing the page without saving simply leaves your old answers in place.
Common questions
Where do I find my ticket?
Go to My schedule and open the "Registrations & tickets" section. Tap the row for your workshop, and your ticket code is shown in a box at the top of its details page. It's always there — no printing needed.
What does "Pending" mean, and when does it become "Confirmed"?
Pending means Yuimaru is waiting on one thing, usually a bank transfer that hasn't arrived yet. Once the payment lands and is matched to you, the status changes to Confirmed on its own. You don't need to do anything.
Can I change my answers after registering?
Sometimes. Open the registration and look at the "Your details" card. Any field you're allowed to change, you can type into and then press Save changes. Fields marked "set by organiser" can't be changed by you.
Why can't I edit some things?
Two reasons. Anything on the "What you paid for" card is locked because it reflects what you were charged. And some answers on "Your details" are marked "set by organiser", meaning only the organiser can change them. For those, just get in touch with the organiser.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your ticket code lives in your schedule and works straight from your phone. There's nothing to print or carry — just open the registration when you need to show it.
