Saving workshops
A busy festival has more workshops than you can fit. Acro Planner lets you tap a heart to save the ones you like into your own plan — a private shortlist, just for you. Saving does not sign you up; it's a bookmark.
The heart button
Every workshop has a round heart button — you'll find it on each session in the timetable, and on the workshop's own page. Tapping it saves the session. Tap again to change how sure you are, or to clear it.
Two states: interested and committed
The heart carries how keen you are on a session. Each tap moves it along — the circle is what changes:
Both are just private notes to yourself. Tapping the heart cycles through empty → interested → committed → empty again, so a tap or two always clears it. Nothing here is permanent.
Saving a workshop is only for your own planning — it doesn't reserve a spot and it doesn't cost anything. To actually take a place, use Register. We cover that in the next step.
Where your saves live: the Plan tab
Everything you heart shows up on the Plan tab — your personal schedule for the festival you're looking at, grouped by day, with a count of how many you're interested in versus registered for.
You can reach the same list from the Profile tab under Saved workshops.
Your plan is private by default. Further down the Plan tab there's a Shared with you section, where you can show your saved sessions to a friend at the same festival — see Sharing your plan.
Saving is tied to your account, so your hearts follow you between your phone and the web. The first time you tap a heart while signed out, Acro Planner gently slides up the sign-in panel. Once you're in, your tap is remembered. See Signing in if you haven't yet.
Common questions
Does saving reserve my spot?
No. The heart only adds the workshop to your private plan — it doesn't hold a place and it's free. To take a spot, tap Register on the workshop.
What's the difference between interested and committed?
They're two levels of "maybe" and "yes". Interested (ink outline) means you're watching it; committed (pink fill) means you plan to be there. Both are private — pick whichever fits how sure you are.
Can I un-save a workshop?
Yes. Keep tapping the heart until the circle is empty again. You can do this from the timetable or from the Plan tab.
Can anyone else see my plan?
Only if you share it. Your plan is private until you share it with another attendee by email, and even then it's only that festival's saved sessions. See Sharing your plan.
Why did a sign-in panel appear when I tapped a heart?
Saving needs an account so your plan can travel with you. Sign in once and your hearts are kept safe.
