Step 6
Your plan & tickets
Two tabs keep your festival in order. Plan is your personal schedule; Tickets is your pass and proof of entry. Here's what each one holds.
The Plan tab — your personal schedule
Plan gathers the workshops you've saved and registered for at the festival you're viewing, laid out day by day. Two counts sit at the top: how many you're interested in, and how many you're registered for.
- Each session shows its time, room, and teacher. A small tag marks it Interested or Registered.
- Tap any session to open its full page again.
- Empty? Head to Discover and tap a few hearts to start filling your day.
The Plan tab shows the edition you last opened on Discover. Open a different festival and Plan switches to that one.
The Tickets tab — your pass and proof
Tickets is where your entry lives. At the top sits your festival pass — a dark, ticket-style card with your name, the festival, and your ticket code, torn along a dotted line like a real stub. Below it comes a ticket for each workshop you're signed up for.
- Festival pass — your name, the festival, and how many workshops you've registered for. The ticket code on it is what staff check you in with at the door.
- Your workshops — one row each, with the day and time. A tick means it's confirmed; a Pending tag means payment or approval is still coming through.
- Other festivals — tickets for a different festival drop into a lighter list further down.
Tap the festival pass to jump straight to that event's programme — handy for checking the timetable on the day. Tickets for other festivals do the same, so you can hop between events from here.
There's nothing to print and no separate wallet app to add — just open the Tickets tab and show your pass. Since check-in is by your ticket code, it's worth knowing where to find it before you arrive.
My registration & your invoice
Tap Manage my registration (also under Profile → My registration) to see the details behind a ticket:
- Your ticket code, ready to copy.
- What you paid for — the priced choices, locked so they match your charge.
- Your details — the answers the organiser lets you update after registering. Change them and tap Save changes.
- View invoice — opens a tidy receipt you can download or print. (Free sign-ups show a registration confirmation instead of an invoice.)
The itemised invoice is also emailed to you when you pay. Keep it for your records — Download or Print point you to that copy.
Common questions
What's the difference between Plan and Tickets?
Plan is your own schedule — everything you saved or signed up for, day by day. Tickets is your proof of entry: your festival pass and a code for each workshop you registered for.
Why does my ticket say "Pending"?
Payment is still clearing (common with bank transfer) or the organiser is reviewing your sign-up. It becomes a full ticket automatically — pull down to refresh.
Where do I find my ticket code?
Your festival pass shows its code right on the Tickets tab, and every ticket's code sits inside My registration, where you can copy it.
Can I get an invoice for my records?
Yes — open My registration and tap View invoice. A copy is also emailed to you at the time of payment.
