Paying & tickets
The last stretch. From the order review, Acro Planner hands you to a secure payment page, then brings you back and confirms your spot. Your ticket lands on the Tickets tab. Here's exactly what happens.
Check your order, then pay
The order review shows your selections and a total. When it looks right, tap the Pay button — it names the amount, like Pay €45 →, so you always know what you're agreeing to.
The secure payment window
Payments are handled by a trusted payment service — either Mollie or Stripe, depending on which one the organiser uses. Acro Planner opens a secure browser window on top of itself where you choose how to pay and confirm. Yuimaru never sees your card details.
- Card — pay right away with a debit or credit card.
- Bank transfer — follow the instructions to pay from your bank. Your spot is held while the transfer clears.
The payment happens inside the provider's own secure window, not in the app. If you close it or cancel, nothing is charged — you simply come back to the review and can try again.
Each festival sets its own currency, and every price you see for that event — on the workshop, in the order review, on the pay button and on your invoice — is in it. The examples here use euros, but yours might read $45 or £45 instead.

Finish in the payment window
Complete the payment in the provider's window. When it's done, the window closes on its own and returns you to Acro Planner.

A moment to confirm
You'll see "Confirming your payment…" for a few seconds while the app checks with the provider. Hold tight and don't close the screen.

You're registered!
A tick appears with "You're registered!", your spot is confirmed, and your ticket code is shown. We also email your ticket. From here you can jump to Build my schedule or View my tickets.

If your payment is still clearing, or the organiser is reviewing your application, your ticket shows as pending until it's confirmed. It moves to a full ticket automatically — no need to do anything.
Your ticket, ready to go
Once confirmed, your ticket lives on the Tickets tab, with a festival pass and a code for each workshop you signed up for. The next step shows you around it.
Common questions
Is it safe to enter my card details?
Yes. Payment happens inside the provider's own secure window — Mollie or Stripe, both established payment services. Yuimaru never sees or stores your card.
The payment window closed before I finished.
Nothing was charged. You'll come back to the order review, where you can tap Pay and try again.
I paid but don't see a ticket yet.
Give it a moment — the app polls to confirm. Bank transfers can take longer and show as pending until they clear. Pull the Tickets tab down to refresh.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes. Open My registration and tap View invoice. We also email a copy. More on this in Your plan & tickets.
