Registering
Saving a workshop is just a bookmark. Registering is the real thing — it takes your place. In Acro Planner you fill in a short form, then land on a review page where you can check everything before paying.
Where to start
There are two doorways into registration, and they both lead to the same form:
- The whole festival — on the programme, tap the Register button at the top. This signs you up for the edition and gets you a festival pass.
- A single workshop — open a workshop and tap Register on the bar at the bottom of its page.
Registering is personal, so Acro Planner asks you to sign in first if you haven't. It only takes a moment — see Signing in.
Filling in the form
Each organiser sets their own questions, so the form differs from festival to festival. Your name and email are filled in from your account to save you typing. Anything marked required must be answered before you can move on.

Answer the questions
Work down the form. Some answers — like a role or a ticket type — can change the price; if so, an estimated total updates at the bottom as you go.

Accept the privacy policy
Tick the box to agree to the festival's privacy policy. Tapping the policy link opens it in a browser window so you can read it first. There's usually an optional tick to hear about future festivals too — that one is entirely up to you.
You don't have to reach it through this form: the same document sits at the bottom of the festival's programme as How this event uses your data, and the copy you accept here is kept on My registration afterwards. See Privacy & your data.

Tap Continue to review →. If something required is missing, a small message points you to it. Otherwise you move to the order review.
The order review
This is the checkout page. It lists every line of your order — each one traced back to a choice you made on the form — and adds up the total. Nothing is charged yet; this is your chance to check it over.
Happy with it? The big button carries you into payment, which we cover next. If a workshop turns out to be full by the time you get here, the app tells you and you're not charged.
Some registrations cost nothing, and some are arranged by the organiser after you apply. In those cases there's no payment step — you're simply confirmed, and your ticket appears on the Tickets tab.
Common questions
Do I register for the whole festival or each workshop?
It depends on the event. Many festivals ask you to register once for a pass; others let you sign up workshop by workshop. Both start from a Register button — for the pass it's on the programme, for a single session it's on that workshop's page.
Why are my name and email already filled in?
They come from your account so you don't have to retype them. You can edit them on the form if you need to.
Can I change my answers later?
Some of them, yes. After registering you can update the details the organiser allows from My registration. Answers that affect the price are locked once you've paid.
I got as far as review but changed my mind.
No problem — nothing is charged until you pay. Just back out. Your form answers aren't submitted until you complete payment.
