Teacher guide

Teaching at a Yuimaru festival

You've been asked to teach — welcome. Yuimaru gives you a small, tidy corner of the system: your own workshops, and your own profile. The organiser looks after everything else — times, rooms, prices, sign-ups. This guide covers just your part, and it's short on purpose.

The whole thing, in one line

Accept your invite → sign in → tidy up your profile → write your workshop title and description. That's it. Everything after that is the organiser's job.

Two places, one account

You'll use Yuimaru in two places, and the same sign-in works for both:

Why this guide looks different

The warm amber buttons here match the Back Office, the console you'll edit your workshops in — the same look as the organiser guide. The main app, where your profile lives, is pink; that one has its own attendee guide.

What the organiser does, not you

It saves a lot of head-scratching to know this up front. These are all set by the organiser, and you can't change them yourself — if one is wrong, just tell them:

Not sure what a word means?

Series, edition, slot — the plain-words glossary explains each one in a single friendly sentence.
