Going to the festival
Teaching is only part of your weekend — you'll want to take classes too, and find your friends. For all of that you're simply a participant, using the same main app as everyone else. This chapter is a short map of what's there, with pointers into the attendee guide.
Not the Back Office. Open the festival's site, sign in with the same account, and it's all there. The attendee guide covers each part properly; this page just tells you which chapter to read.
Building your own schedule
Tap the heart on any workshop to save it to your own plan — once for Interested, again for Committed, once more to clear it. Everything you save gathers on My schedule for that edition, laid out on the same day-and-room timetable as the programme. Your own sessions can go in there too, so your teaching and your training sit on one grid.

Sharing your schedule
You can show another attendee what you've saved, and see theirs, from My schedule — handy for lining up a session with the person you train with. Sharing goes one way, so you each share. See Sharing your schedule.
Schedule sharing works between people registered for the same edition. Teaching a workshop is not the same thing as having a registration, so if the sharing box says nobody with that email is registered — or won't let you share at all — check with your organiser whether you should also be registered as a participant.
Registering, tickets and the community
- Signing up as a participant — if your festival expects teachers to register too (many do, often free or discounted), you do it exactly like everyone else: Registering and Paying & tickets. Your organiser will tell you which ticket applies to you.
- Your ticket — lives in My schedule under "Registrations & tickets", nothing to print. See Your schedule & tickets.
- Who's coming — the community grid for the edition, where you'll be listed with a teacher badge. See Saving workshops.
- Your data — getting a copy of it, or deleting your account: Privacy & your data.
On your phone
There's a phone app too — called Acro Planner for acroyoga/acrobatics festivals — with the same programme, hearts, plan and tickets in a form that fits a pocket. It's the easiest way to check your next session while you're at the venue. See the app guide.
The phone app is for taking part, not for the Back Office. To write your workshop title and description, open the Back Office in a browser — see chapter 3.
Common questions
Do I need to register as a participant if I'm teaching?
That's the festival's call, not Yuimaru's. Being listed as a teacher doesn't create a registration for you. Ask your organiser — some give teachers a free or reduced ticket, and a registration is what unlocks participant things like schedule sharing.
Can I save my own workshop to my schedule?
Yes. The heart works on any session, including yours — useful if you want your whole weekend, teaching included, on one grid.
Do I need a second account for teaching and attending?
No — one account does both. The same sign-in gets you the main app and your workshops in the Back Office.
Where do I see how many people are coming to my class?
Not in the app — registrations are the organiser's side of the house. Ask them for the numbers.
