Organiser guide

Run your festival with the Back Office

The Back Office is your control room. It's a separate part of Yuimaru, just for organisers, where you build your event, take sign-ups, confirm payments, and send out tickets. This guide walks you through it from your very first sign-in — no technical know-how needed.

The whole journey, in one line

Sign in → choose a series → set up the series → add an edition → run the setup wizard → build the schedule → take registrations. Each chapter below is one part of that path, in order.

Two words to know first

Everything hangs off these two. A series is your festival brand — the thing that comes back year after year, like "Amsterdam Acro Festival". An edition is one single run of it, like "Summer 2026". You set the series up once; you add a new edition each time you run the event.

The chapters

Something to send your teachers

Teachers get their own small slice of Yuimaru — their profile, and the title and description of the workshops they teach. The Yuimaru teacher guide covers exactly that, and is worth sending along with your invitations.

Looking for the attendee guide?

If you want to know what the people signing up to your event see — finding a festival, saving workshops, registering and paying — that's the separate Yuimaru attendee guide. It's worth a read, so you know the experience you're setting up.
